Return & Refunds

EU Customers

If you would like to return or exchange a purchase please send an mail to contact@ardentshop.com, with this information informed:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • What item you want to refund (If you have bought more than 1 item)
  • Inform if you want to have a refund or exchange to a another item 

After sending your email, please allow 1-2 days for us to reach back to you

Be aware of shipping charges associated with your refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Requirements for refund

  • The item must be in a unused and unwashed condition
  • All original tags must still be attached to the item
  • Your mail must be send latest 2 weeks after the date you received your purchase

Non-EU Customers

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Please note that purchases made from outside the EU are considered final sale. Due to logistical challenges and customs regulations, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for non-EU customers.
